REQUESTING SERVICE

Standard service requests can be placed by calling the following numbers:

M-F (5:30 am - 12:00 am)
S-S/Holidays (7 am - 9 pm)

​You can place STAT work orders during non-staffed hours by following the instructions and prompts when calling in.

When you call, you will be asked to provide the following information:                               

1. Equipment ID #

2. Your first and last name

3. Contact phone number

4. Location of the equipment

5. Problem with the equipment
